The coupler pictured on the right end of the image fits over the Phillips screwdriver tip, allowing the use of most standard 1/4" hex bits. The Accessory Tool Kit includes the coupler, 3 sizes of flat screwdriver tips, 3 Phillips screwdriver tips, and 3 hex head driver tips.
