UPS and USPS: Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands

Due to customs concerns with shipping multitools, knives, or our other items to foreign countries, we only ship orders to addresses  containing United States postal zip codes, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands.  All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.  USPS rates vary per item ordered, with a maximum charge of $17 per order.  Some items may be shipped directly from our supplier if that item is currently out of stock at our facility, thus the need for per item shipping charges. UPS rates will vary based on package weight and customer's ZIP code.  UPS does not ship to PO box addresses.  In the event items must be shipped directly from our suppliers the shipping method may vary but any additional costs will not be charged to the customer.  

Policy regarding overseas shipping:  Due to the large amount of credit card fraud we have experienced from overseas orders, we will no longer ship to any freight forwarding company or to any address outside of our stated delivery area.   

Please note:  If the billing address on your credit card does not match the billing address you provide on your order form we will immediately refund the amount debited from your card and cancel your order. Since the pandemic we have had several orders attempted using stolen identities or stolen credit cards. We have become much more diligent in verifying mismatched billing and credit card addresses.
